Except as otherwise noted in this Privacy Notice, Sonoran Sun Direct manages how and why we process the information you provide to us through our website. This Privacy Notice may be revised to reflect changes in our practices of processing your information, or if there are changes in applicable law.

Information We May Collect
We may Process the following categories of your Personal Information:

Advertising ID, which is a user-resettable identification unique number used for advertising associated with a device. For instance, Android uses Google Advertising ID). iOS uses the Identifier for Advertising (or “IDFA”).
Device identification (“ID”), which is a unique number associated with a smartphone or similar handheld device but unlike a hardware serial number.
Device type, settings and software used.
Information about your use of the services we provide, such as statistical information, and usage data which may be aggregated.
Information collected through the use of cookies, device ID tracking, eTags, Javascript, pixel tags, plus other identifier methods and technologies, including information collected about (i) your visits to, and interaction and engagement with, the services, content and ads on third party websites, applications, platforms and other media channels (“Channels”), and (ii) your interaction with emails including the content and ads therein (collectively, “Online Data”).
Internet connection tehcnologies, including internet service provider (“ISP”), mobile operator, International Mobile Subscriber Identity (“IMSI”) and International Mobile Equipment Identity (“IMEI”), service set identifier (“SSID”), WiFi connection.
Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, which is a unique string of numbers automatically assigned to a user’s device whenever accessing the Internet.
Local Shared Objects, such as Local Storage and Flash cookies.
Log files, such as browser type, date/time stamps and/or clickstream data, including any clicks on customized links, IP addresses, ISP referring/exit pages, operating system,
Mobile analytics information in order to understand the functionality of our mobile applications and software on your device.
Non-precise information about the approximate physical location of a user’s device derived from the IP address.
Pixel Tags, beacons, cspotlight tags or web bugs, which are a common method for sharing information from the user’s computer to a third-party website.
Searches for and interactions with e-commerce opportunities, including merchants, partners, and third-party offers contained in the services.
Web Beacons, electronic files allowing our website to count users who have visited a certain page or to access certain cookies.
Sensitive Personal Information
Children. Sonoran Sun Direct services are not intended for use by children. Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to make purchases through our services or the services on our authorized third-party websites. If, notwithstanding these prohibitions, any minor discloses information about themselves in our public discussion areas such as social media properties, consequences may occur that are not intended for children (such as they may receive unsolicited messages from other parties). If or when we discover to have collected Personal Information from a user under 18, we will immediately and permanently delete that information.
Sonoran Sun Direct may collect or otherwise process Sensitive Personal Information about any actual or alleged criminal offences or penalties, ethnicity, physical or mental health, political, philosophical or religious beliefs, sexual preference, trade union membership, or any other information that may be deemed to be sensitive (collectively, “Sensitive Personal Information”) to the extent necessary in the ordinary course of our conducting business. Save to the extent required by law, you are not obliged to provide any of your Sensitive Personal Information. Regardless, this will not inhibit or prevent you from purchasing any products or services from us (except in instances where credit card information may constitute Sensitive Personal Information).

Data you provide: Sonoran Sun Direct may obtain Personal Information when you provide it through interacting with our services, such as registering for emails, newsletters, webinars etc. Also when you register for site membership or create a profile or account on any part of the services; enter a contest, competition or prize drawing; receive promotional information by text message; participate in surveys; perform search queries through the services; contact us via email, phone, social media, or by any other means; purchase a product; or provide us with promotional material such as business card, etc.).
Content and advertising information: If you choose to interact with any third-party content or advertising services, we may receive Personal Information about you from them.
Relationship data: In the ordinary course of our business relationship, we may collect or obtain your Personal Information , such as when you make a reservation.
Service data: We may collect your Personal Information when you visit, download, or register to use any part of our Service.
Third party information: We may obtain your Personal Information from third parties who provide it. Such instances may include our vendors, suppliers, third parties, referral sources; social network sites or services (Instagram, Facebook, etc.). If you use a third party connection or log-in through social media channels to access the services, create a membership or profile on any part of the services, access our content or forward our content to another person, platform or service, we may also receive your username, email address, or other information collected from you on those services.
Video Surveillance
We always care about your safety. Therefore, our physical facilities have implemented CCTV systems to register the activity in public areas. These video records will not be shared outside of Sonoran Sun Direct unless there is a moral or legal or government need to do so.
Reasons We May Process Your Information
Subject to applicable law, he reasons we may Process Personal Information include:
Accounts and Personalization: providing personalization for Sonoran Sun Direct services or its partners including management of your account, customer support and relationship management, posting your personal reviews or testimonials, offering contests, as well as online chat areas, pages and communities.
Advertising: in order to provide advertising on your interests and interactions with the services and channels.
Commerce Offerings: using cookies to track your browsing and purchase history at a particular third-party merchant’s site to offer coupons and other offers that are relevant to your shopping experience; offering of coupons via SMS messages if a mobile phone number is provided.

This is subject to ensuring such communications are in compliance with applicable law; maintaining and updating your contact information where appropriate; and obtaining your prior, opt-in consent whenever and wherever required.
IT Administration: compliance with applicable legal requirments, compliance with audits in relation to internal policies; as well as identification and mitigation of fraudulent activity.
Legal Compliance: Subject to applicable law, we hereby reserve the right to release information concerning any user of services when we have grounds to believe the user is in violation of our Terms and Conditions or other published guidelines or has engaged in (or we have grounds to believe is engaging in) any illegal activity. We reserve the right to release information in response to orders by courts and governments, other requests from government entities, or other areas of legal and regulatory obligations such as civil subpoenas or discovery requests.
