This just in… to the Rocky Point Mexico Newsroom. There is a new Sonoran Sun Resort video available. I’m excited to share it with you. We had a temporary video on the homepage of the Sonoran Sun Direct website. However, it was only a placeholder as I had a collection of shots in mind.
The title of the new video is “Sonoran Sun Resort in 60 Seconds.” Hopefully, you will enjoy watching it. I say so from the heart especially because I really enjoyed making it.
Sonoran Sun Resort Video Style
There is a saying, “The pace makes the race.” And it is often proven true. In the case of this Sonoran Sun Resort video, the piece of music I fell in love with determined the pace. It is an upbeat Mexican theme with some catchy riffs and pace changes. In editing the video to the music, a whole lot of ground gets covered in 60 seconds.
And in full disclosure, I came up with a couple of creative ideas to get the video length exactly 60 seconds. A title such as, “Sonoran Sun Resort in 58 seconds or 62 seconds” just doesn’t have the same feel to it, right?
I compiled the shots in the video used over my visits to Puerto Peñasco in 2024. Some were done on my iPhone. Others with one of my professional video cameras. And as you see, there is also spectacular footage from a Mexican drone operator I hired.
Shooting ended luckily on June 13 after I was able to include some friends who regularly enjoy time at our beautiful, beachfront resort. As a result, I couldn’t wait to finish editing and post the video.
Sonoran Sun Amenities
Pleasant reminders came from producing this Sonoran Sun Resort video. Further proof of the more you give in life, the more you get. Even though I was trying to pack a ton of content into a one-minute package, I couldn’t help but focus awareness on all the Sonoran Sun amenities there are for people to enjoy.
For instance, the amazing but slightly different views from respective condos. The pool area, along with the lounge chairs and new umbrellas. And last but never least, the Sonoran Sun has 30 palapas for covered relaxation, conversation, and direct beachfront viewing.
Furthermore, I thought of all the available activities on Sandy Beach and the Sea of Cortez. We showed options from taking walks to riding jet skis, boat rides, kayaking, and more. Yet, the truth is there is much more.
